Even though I should, I keep myself quite busy, so I don't get much use out of my 2016. It was probably human mistake, but I've been experiencing stereo troubles since I got it out a couple days ago. My iPhone 17 Pro Max (sometimes) begins indexing when I connect it, and other times it does not. On rare occasions, it will begin playing the first few songs in alphabetical order on iTunes. There you have it, the core problem.
Second, there is no button to select Bluetooth; it is grayed out. It seems like I'm also unable to listen over Bluetooth......
I restored the radio to factory settings because I had forgotten the SS code for my phone, but it hasn't helped.
Could you please assist me?

Re: wireless concerns
If I plug in my 17-inch device, it may take some time for it to index your music library (depending on its size) unless you manually shuffle them on your phone.
If you're having trouble with the bluetooth not working, you might find a solution in this thread.

Re: wireless concerns
My Samsung phone's Bluetooth and Pandora may be really annoying at times.

Re: wireless concerns
Since a thumb drive indexes far more quickly than my iPod, I switched to using one.
