My engine is revving at a higher RPM...After taking the motor and resistor pack out, I still can't locate the precise one I need; I'm wondering whether the kind has changed due to a recall, and if so, where can I get a replacement?

Based on what I've gathered, the fan that should work with your X5 35dx is 17427634471, and it's specific to the X5 F15 and X6 F16 models. Once again, the VIN7 you provided is invalid, therefore I can't say for sure.


A new one for the aforementioned number would cost roughly $1,000, so you could have to settle with a junkyard find or a secondhand component.
