Transmission fluid leak in 2002 C230K
The source of the transmission fluid leak that is dripping from the front of the vehicle remains a mystery to me. Driving the vehicle for a while after cleaning the area revealed seepage on the radiator's bottom right side, so I took a second look. I have already eliminated the lower line connections and connectors that are located immediately above the lower radiator hose. To have a better look, I would need to remove the airbox, therefore I haven't checked the connection between the upper line and the radiator. One such location is the radiator's transmission portion. The transmission was verified to be leak-free.
Is the radiator a typical location for transmission fluid leaks?
Are there any new radiators that can be purchased if the old one breaks?
Thank you for the helpful suggestions.

Along with the radiator, you have an integrated transmission oil cooler system. The cooler can be leaking, in which case you'll need to get a new one. Call FCP Euro; they will be able to tell you what to get and what to check.

The higher coupling is where I discovered the leak.

The higher line fitting that leads into the radiator is the source of the leak, which I have located. Can the fitting have its seal changed?
