Compatible with E36 wheels. 17/9. Friction, fender roll, and offsets

Post by aidenjohanssonim »

I posted it on a wheel and tire forum before, but this is much better.

My running shoes are 17/8.5 and my sneaker size is 38. Interruptors are employed by me. BW rims. So, I'm thinking 9 with 245/40 17. Negative 3.3 for the front camber

Is it simpler to make one work more than the other? and forty-two

Because they are so ubiquitous, I utilize those two ets.

I am aware that 30 may necessitate fender roll repair. Furthermore, 42 may necessitate a front spacer (in conjunction with coilovers) and, possibly, a hammer for the rear inner tubs. It took me until now to realize that inner rear tubs aren't always easy to "massage."

There was no fuss when I ran 17x9 ET42 with a 10mm spacer up front; they fit perfectly.

Seems like 42 or close to it is just easier. Minimal tension

You cool dudes. I am thankful.

I have three sets of 17x9 et42s (Apex, TR motorsports, and LTw5) and use 10-12 MM spacers up front, much as golgo13. I also have fender rolling, but I just installed it in case I wanted to run slightly larger tires (245 Hoosier A/R7s). In case I decide I want to run slightly larger tires (245 Hoosier A/R7's), I do have fender rolling.
