BMW X5 35d 2015
One BMW X5 35D diesel and one other were mine. After amassing 280,000 points, I traded in my 2012 for my 2015.
On my 2012, I never performed the ABC. Did it on my 2015 just recently. Unfortunately, the A.B.C. is currently stuck in a sleep mode because my battery charger failed to adequately charge the batteries to support the new program. It seems the body control module is probably not waking up, based on what I've read online. From what I gather, I'll need the dealer's software or something comparable to start this process, as the OBD2 port, power steering, hvac tire pressure monitoring system, speedometer, etc. are all currently unpowered.

I don't understand why anyone would ever think of doing that to their car, particularly a US model that was made to have all those features.
Your DDE and any other modules being updated could have been bricked if you were doing any kind of "update/programming" with battery maintainers when the voltage dropped too low. For that reason, 80-100 A power supplies are required for such applications.
Furthermore, you have likely nullified any extended warranties that BMW may have had on some of those components, and it's safe to assume that ISTA+, even with the programming module, will not be of any assistance to you.

You seem oblivious to the fact that the emissions systems they install in our cars usually break down frequently and cost seven grand or more to repair. Not to mention a 2% drop in fuel efficiency and a 2% drop in horsepower.
Sulfur dioxide is being removed from the air in this way. This is the same Bill Gates who now says he leaped through the air on planes.
Just don't respond if you can't contribute anything worthwhile.

That's not very encouraging for someone who seeks assistance on a self-help forum. Do not try to gaslight me or anyone else on this forum; I am well-informed about the components and their purpose, and I have maintained a N57 equipped BMW for many years. Having any of these parts go bad on a regular basis is totally untrue. From personal experience, I can tell you that this is not the case with a well-maintained and serviced vehicle.
It would appear that you've been immersed in far too many internet fantasies that lack substance. Put down the koolaid, take your vehicle to a local repair shop, get out your cash, and pay for the damage you caused. It is what it is, and I apologize.
Get well soon.

Once again, I am unable to provide a helpful response. Looking up the gradual failure points of a BMW diesel might be a good idea.
Regarding Bill Gates, he has publicly acknowledged it multiple times; you can also find that information by searching online.
