The 2018 M3 that my sister owns has HW3. No time after purchasing the vehicle did she settle up for FSD.
If she could move FSD to a new M3, she would be happy to spare Tesla the expense of upgrading to HW4. This looks like a win-win situation.

To release the sunroof liner, pry it down from the front. Five clips and the liner slid back as far as the recess would allow it to go are my thoughts. Take out the two 8-millimeter screws on each side. After you've removed the screws, put the roof in the tilt position and slide back about an inch ...

MM....a fan shroud would be handy! Putting the shroud on the standard fan makes it function much better.
