Have you replaced the washers on the feed pipe for the turbo oil? Also, used a torque wrench to tighten the bolts?

Make that the gas pressure in the exhaust is correct; if it isn't, then the problem may lie in the spring-loaded exhaust flap under the vehicle once the front flexi is jammed shut.

It's in limp mode and won't rev above about 2,000 rpm. Since limp mode switches off the turbo, the lack of turbo is usually not an indication of a problem with the turbo. Instead of buying a cheap scanner from eBay, invest in a high-quality one.

Do not turn off the engine as this resets all temporary faults. Instead, keep the engine running and connect an OBD2 scanner that speaks Renault (check my signature for the cheapest Ap200).
