Greetings crew,
When the air conditioner is turned on, the left vent no longer releases cold air. Every other vent is suitable. Is this a problem with vacuums?
No air conditioning, fan, or heat.

Re: No air conditioning, fan, or heat.
A constant flow of air, whether hot or cold, should be sent out the left and right vents. A control flap on either side of the air plenum is linked by cable to the lever located beneath each one, allowing for their control. Therefore, the cable may be damaged or detached, or the flexible hose that links the vent to the plenum may have detached at one end.
After removing the bottom dash panel, you will have access to the hose and flap.

Apologies, but there might be some confusion. The air blown out from the left vent is still warm air, unlike the other ones that are cooled by the air conditioner.

I get it. Is this the system you're using?
