Salutations Everyone,
My turbo is acting up, and I'm hoping someone can give me some advice.
In my wife's 2015 diesel ASX (4N14 Engine), I just swapped out the turbo and exhaust manifold. The aftermarket dealer from whom I bought the parts gave me a reasonable impression of their quality when they arrived.
After the installation, everything seemed to be going smoothly until I discovered a significant amount of oil leaking from underneath the vehicle. I have since determined that this is due to the turbo.
After taking the drain hose off and running the engine for a short while, I was able to confirm that my initial suspicion of a clogged oil drain was unfounded. The engine has a little amount of blow by, but it's not bad. To check the crank case pressure, I also tried running the engine for a short while without the oil fill cap and dipstick, but it had no effect. In an additional attempt to identify air intake restrictions, I removed the filter and opened the air box, but this did not help either.
I would expect it to leak from both sides if crank case pressure or a blocked oil drain were the culprits, but it's only leaking from the exhaust side. Furthermore, the leakage begins almost instantly upon startup, ruling out a clogged drain as I would have thought it would take a minute to fill up and release its contents. In addition to the turbo, the oil feed line was changed. I haven't really checked anything directly related except the DPF.
What should I do next? I don't know where to start.
If anyone has any suggestions, please share them with me.

Re: Problem with the Turbo Leak
Just when you thought everything was going swimmingly, a new turbo leak pops up, adding even more stress to an already stressful situation. Now that the oil drain is clear, I'm wondering why you haven't checked the DPF—what gives you the impression that it could be a problem? Somebody else might be able to make sense of it if you added some more of your ideas there.

Re: Problem with the Turbo Leak
Have you replaced the washers on the feed pipe for the turbo oil? Also, used a torque wrench to tighten the bolts?
A leak will result from overtightening.

Re: Problem with the Turbo Leak
Retorqued bolts to specification and new gasket installed.
After comparing it with a straight edge (a steel ruler), I noticed that the oil drain flange had a small bend. The issue has been resolved with a little bit of wet/dry on a glass sheet and some effort.
Thanks for getting back to me.
