If there is fuel in the oil, it's likely because of a leaking injector or worn piston rings. Just right. A DME code for FAN ACTIVATION (or something similar; I can't remember exactly what mine stated) will be sent to you.

Doubtful that hiding the camera will solve the problem. It may be a front radar assembly function. The driver assistance system will give you a warning if you try to hide it.
