I appreciate your response. Is it common practice to swap out the vanos solenoids whenever the chain is changed? Much obliged.

Please forgive me if this has been answered previously or if I have posted it in the incorrect section.

I need some advice on how to change my chain.
If anyone has a rundown of the components I need to purchase, please let me know.

It occurred to me:

a set of chain links, a tensioner, gaskets ...

If there is fuel in the oil, it's likely because of a leaking injector or worn piston rings. Still, you might experience harsh idle and starting problems, particularly first thing in the morning, if this were to happen. Just right. A DME code for FAN ACTIVATION (or something similar; I can't remember exactly what mine stated) will be sent to you.
Upon starting the car, DME also checks the fan. If you're fast enough, you can get out of the car just in time to witness the fan start to spin gently as soon as you start ...

Doubtful that hiding the camera will solve the problem. It may be a front radar assembly function. The driver assistance system will give you a warning if you try to hide it.
