Must access switched power source.
Since it is always hot, I would like to switch the lower 12v outlet (under the ashtray) to switched power. Would it be possible to find a wire just above it in the dashboard that I could use as a relay controller or to connect directly to the outlet?
I am grateful.

Re: Enhanced emissions logic for the 2017 Sorento SC095
I conducted extensive research outside of the US documents, and I can confirm... For an unrelated reason in Canada, Kia repurposed campaign number SC095. Wonder why?
Here, SC340 (currently at rev4) is our equivalent document. For 2.4L Sorento engines (Optima and Sportage) from 2016 to 2020, it also ...

Re: Enhanced emissions logic for the 2017 Sorento SC095
SC095? Okay. Several Sedonas from 2006 had faulty front springs and were part of that campaign.
I think you're referring to SC147, which is specific to the 2012–2014 (XMa) Sorento models equipped with 2.4L engines and does not apply to the 2017 Sorento.

Re: After the new engine is installed, there is no crank or start.
All right, now we can use ISTA to solve this. You say the "OBD port has power but no data is being communicated". Does that rule out the possibility of INPA or ISTA connecting to the car?

Re: After the new engine is installed, there is no crank or start.
Instead of relying on hearsay and parts gun fire, it might be wise to conduct some genuine diagnosis.
Are you a member of ISTA or INPA? If you don't have one, you can install the software on a laptop, get a K+D-CAN cable, and then see the car's reports.
been it solely the engine that been replaced ...

Boot and bearing set for the 2019 Range Rover Sport SVR L494's steering shaft
Greetings, everybody!
In my 2019 SVR, the steering is really stiff. Since I purchased it as a used car with 50,000 miles on the odometer, I figured I should take it in for a comprehensive multi-point inspection at the 70,000-mile mark, even though I generally handle most auto repairs on my own. I ...

Nothing is different. 79 13 was substituted by 93 13.

Without a doubt, Zimmermann is my top pick.
